Respect for Human Rights and Prohibition of Discrimination

The Group respects the fundamental human rights of all people and prohibits discrimination on the grounds of age, education, gender, nationality, religion, race, sexual orientation, disability, etc., while striving to conduct business in a manner that takes diversity into account.

Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining Rights

The Group ensures equitable working conditions and respects freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, in accordance with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

Prevention of Harassment

The Group has established the Rules for the Prevention of Harassment in the Workplace and ensures that all employees are familiar with them.

In addition, it has established the Harassment Consultation Office, which maintains anonymity and confidentiality, as a contact point for consulting and handling complaints regarding harassment, and has built a system to take the necessary measures when a consultation is requested or a complaint is filed.
